Sawgrass Resources is a full service land and mineral company founded and managed by Zachary J.W. Frazier, RPL. Zac is a 3rd generation landman from Edmond, OK with 12+ years of field and in-house experience managing all aspects of leasing, mineral purchasing, right-of-way acquisition, wind energy site acquisition, and water rights projects from Upstate New York all the way out to Central California. We have offices located in Edmond, OK for our Mid-Con clients and Las Vegas, NV to accommodate our clients in the Rockies, Bakken, Great Basin, and Monterey Shale. Our goal at Sawgrass Resources is to not only provide the most efficient, accurate, and consistent product for established operators, private-equity groups, and start-ups but to also provide an experienced partner with proven acquisitions and due-diligence strategies that stand the test of time.
